Internet Banking
Try out our Virtual Branch! Submit an application for our Internet Banking service and have access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Applications are available by contacting one of our offices). You can view account histories, check account/loan balances, view cleared checks*, make transfers, pay loans, schedule recurring transfers and more! You can also sign up for e-Statements through our Internet Banking and eliminate all the extra paper. To access you will need your Logon ID and your security code that we assign to you once you sign up. The best feature of all is - it's free!!
*Please Note: Copies of your checks may not be available if the merchant has converted the check to an electronic transaction in order to clear the item from your account.
Online Bill Payment
We also offer Online Bill Payment through our Virtual Branch! This service is available for checking accounts only and enables you to make payments online to pay certain bills or merchants. These payments can be one-time or recurring, whatever you require. To sign up, all you need to do is specify that you would like Online Bill Payment when you apply for Internet Banking. This great service is also free of charge as long as you make three (3) or more bill pay transactions each month!
Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking is a quick, convenient way to access your account. With mobile banking you can view your accounts, make transfers, make loan payments, pay your bills and more with your smartphone. Our App also includes a “Cards” feature that enables you to manage your ECFCU Debit Cards that includes providing details of where and how your card is used, receiving fraud and transaction alerts, setting spend limits and transaction controls, and more. Emerald Coast FCU Mobile is available for both Apple® and Android® devices. Download the app to take advantage of this free service. To have access to mobile banking you will need to be enrolled in our home banking service, Virtual Branch.
